Barrett's Flowers Inc. is a professional florist offering fresh flowers, arrangements, gifts, and related services. Our website allows you to browse and purchase a variety of floral products for different occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more.

Ordering & Payment

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We process orders within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays).


Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure online payment methods.


Pricing: All prices on our website are listed in the USA and are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping and tax fees may apply, depending on the location of the delivery.


Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is processed by contacting us via email or phone. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.


Refund Policy: We can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping fees will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at 864-268-7563.


We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

Delivery Policy: Areas, Fees & Times

We are proud to offer local delivery to our community and the surrounding areas. We hand-deliver beautiful floral arrangements and gifts within our shop's delivery radius in Taylors, SC. This includes the following zip codes: 29687, 29615, 29651, 29650, 29611, 29605, 29607, 29601, 29605, 29607, 29609. We also service the nearby towns of Berea, Easley, Gantt, Greenville, Greer, Mauldin, Parker, Simpsonville, Taylors.


Special Locations: Delivery is also available to hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, and assisted living facilities in our service area.


Delivery Fees: A delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on the recipient's address. You will see the exact fee before you finalize your order.


Free Local Delivery: Enjoy free local delivery right to your doorstep in Taylors! Your delivery fee will be waived off automatically at checkout for all qualifying local orders. (#Note: add only if Florist offers Free local delivery)


Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 1 PM.


Next-Day Delivery:
 Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be prioritized for next-day delivery.


Special Requests & Time-Sensitive Orders:
 For time-sensitive events (weddings, funerals, etc.), please place your order well in advance and provide detailed instructions. While we'll do our best to meet requested delivery windows, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.


Holiday Deliveries:
 For major floral holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), please place your order at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee timely delivery. Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times on these days.

Recipient & Redelivery Policy

Accurate Information is Key: To avoid delays and ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that you have provided the recipient's full name, a complete and correct street address (including apartment or suite number), and a working contact phone number.


Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will use their best judgment to ensure the flowers are left in a safe place. This may include:

  • Leaving the arrangement on a covered porch or with a doorman/receptionist.
  • Leaving the flowers with a neighbor and leaving a note for the recipient.
  • Attempting to contact the recipient or sender by phone to arrange a redelivery.


Redelivery Fees: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by the sender, or the recipient is unavailable and we are unable to leave the flowers in a safe place, an additional redelivery fee will be charged to reattempt delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds: If the flowers or products received are damaged, incorrect, or fail to meet your expectations, please contact us at 864-268-7563 within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.


Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order anytime before it has been processed or shipped. Once the product is delivered, no cancellations are possible.


Returns: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are not accepted. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.


Specialty Items: Non-perishable specialty items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Product Availability & Substitutions

Product Availability: We strive to ensure that all products on our website are in stock. However, in rare cases, some items may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we may offer a substitute product of equal value and quality, or provide you with a refund if no suitable replacement is available.



Flower Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we may need to substitute certain flowers or plants. Rest assured, all substitutions will be of equal or higher value.
